What is InfoComm India?

InfoComm India has run since 2013 and is organised by InfoCommAsia Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based subsidiary of AVIXA (the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association). It brings together AV and IT channel professionals, system integrators, consultants and senior enterprise buyers to see the latest in professional audiovisual and integrated experience technology.

The show has grown into India's definitive Pro AV marketplace. The 2025 edition drew 12,606 business attendees and 200 exhibitors across 9,000 square metres of floor space, with more than 130 new product launches. That scale is a good reason to plan your day before you arrive.

When and where is InfoComm India 2026?

The show runs across three days at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, one of the city's most accessible business districts.

How do you get to the Jio World Convention Centre?

The venue sits in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), a central Mumbai business district that is well connected by air, metro, rail and road.

By air

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is a short drive from BKC, which makes InfoComm India easy to reach if you are flying in from another city or country. Taxis and app cabs are readily available at the airport.

By metro

The nearest metro station is Bandra Kurla Complex station, a short walk from the venue. The metro is the quickest, most traffic-free way to reach the show from across the city.

By local train

Bandra station on the Western line is the closest suburban railway station, roughly 3 to 4 kilometres away. Kurla and Santacruz stations are also within easy reach, and taxis or autos connect them to the venue in a few minutes.

By road and parking

App cabs, taxis and BEST buses all serve BKC. If you are driving, the venue has a multi-level car park with room for more than 2,500 vehicles, along with valet and self-parking.

Where should you stay near the venue?

BKC has hotels for every budget within walking distance or a short ride of the Jio World Convention Centre. Two five-star options right beside the venue are Sofitel Mumbai BKC and Trident Bandra Kurla, both within walking distance of the halls. There are also many mid-range and budget hotels across BKC and neighbouring Bandra. Book early, because the area fills up quickly during major events.

How much does it cost, and how do you register?

Admission is free for all industry professionals. Registration is done online in advance, and you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code that you use to collect your badge at the venue. Everyone attending, including colleagues from the same company, must register individually. You can register on the official InfoComm India website.

What can you see at the show?

InfoComm India covers the full professional AV landscape across seven technology categories:

  • Digital Signage, screens, media players, content management and interactive displays
  • Audio, sound systems, microphones and processing
  • Broadcast AV, live production and streaming
  • Conferencing and Collaboration, meeting room and hybrid work technology
  • Command and Control, control rooms and operations centres
  • Live Events and Entertainment, staging, lighting and immersive technology
  • Smart Learning Spaces, classroom and campus technology

If your focus is digital signage, this is one of the best places in India to compare content management software, media players and interactive displays side by side. As a company that runs more than 20,700 screens across 350+ cities ourselves, our tip is to judge platforms on remote management, reliability and the hardware they run on, not the flashiest demo on the floor.

What is the InfoComm India Summit?

Alongside the exhibition, the InfoComm India Summit is a full education program delivered on the Smart Tech Stage and across thirteen session tracks, including Digital Signage, Conferencing and Collaboration, Broadcast AV, Enterprise IT, Education, Audio, Cybersecurity, AV Design and Integration, and Emerging Trends and AI. The 2025 Summit ran more than 60 sessions led by over 50 industry experts.

Sessions in the 2026 program include "Leading India's Next Digital Leap" and "The Pulse of Digital Signage: Global Trends, Managed Solutions and the Future of AI," with a welcome address by AVIXA leadership. The Summit is worth blocking time for if you want context, not just products.

Who attends InfoComm India?

The audience is a mix of the channel and the buyers who specify and purchase technology:

  • System integrators, consultants, distributors, dealers, and rental and staging providers
  • Manufacturers and technology solution providers
  • Enterprise and government buyers across government, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality and transport

Tips for first-time visitors

  • Pre-register online so you can walk straight to badge collection.
  • Wear comfortable shoes. The floor is large, around 9,000 square metres.
  • Shortlist the booths and Summit sessions you want before you arrive.
  • Book meetings with exhibitors ahead of time so you get proper attention.
  • Carry business cards and use the show lead app to save contacts.

How should you plan your three days?

Three days sounds like a lot, but the floor is large and the Summit runs in parallel, so a light plan helps you get far more out of the visit.

  • Day one: walk the full floor to get the lay of the land, mark the booths you want to return to, and catch the opening Summit sessions.
  • Day two: go deep. Book demos with your shortlisted exhibitors, ask detailed questions, and attend the Summit tracks that match your work.
  • Day three: close the loop. Revisit the booths you are serious about, meet anyone you missed, and confirm next steps before the 4 PM close.

What should you bring?

  • Your QR code, saved on your phone or printed, for quick badge collection.
  • Plenty of business cards.
  • A phone charger or power bank for a long day on the floor.
  • A shortlist of the booths and Summit sessions you do not want to miss.
  • Comfortable shoes.

Common mistakes first-time visitors make

A few things trip up people new to a show this size:

  • Trying to see everything. With 200 exhibitors, that is not realistic. Pick your priorities and go deep on those instead of skimming the whole hall.
  • Skipping the Summit. The sessions add context you cannot get from a booth, and they help you ask sharper questions when you do stop by a stand.
  • Leaving without notes. By day three the booths blur together. Save contacts and jot a line about each one as you go, so you remember who did what.
  • Ignoring the smaller stands. Some of the most interesting products come from first-time exhibitors.
